Matresce Privacy Policy

Matresce is designed to keep pregnancy and postpartum tracking as private and calm as possible.

What Matresce stores

• Daily check-ins such as symptoms, mood, energy, sleep, notes, questions, medications, and wellness tracking
• Screening responses and scores you choose to complete in the app
• Reminder preferences such as whether you want a daily medication reminder and what time it should appear
• Optional Apple Health connection state for reading selected health data like sleep, hydration, and workouts

How Matresce uses data

• To help you log patterns over time
• To help you prepare for appointments
• To support reminders and optional Apple Health imports

What Matresce does not do

• It does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care
• It is not intended for advertising, profiling, or data resale
• It does not require an account in the current version of the app

Apple Health

• Apple Health access is optional
• If you connect Apple Health, Matresce currently requests read access to selected categories like sleep, hydration, and workouts
• You can manage Apple Health permissions in the Health app or iPhone Settings at any time
